The Inclusive Inquiry Cycle

This class introduces participants to the Inclusive Inquiry Cycle, a structured and reflective process designed to support continuous improvement toward more inclusive practices. Rather than viewing inclusivity as a one‑time initiative, this class emphasizes inclusivity as an ongoing, iterative cycle of inquiry, learning, action, and reflection.

Throughout the class, participants will explore how data, reflection, and shared responsibility across roles contribute to meaningful and sustainable inclusive change. Learners will examine current practices within their organization, identify strengths to build on, and consider areas for growth in inclusive classrooms, leadership practices, and organizational culture.

By engaging with guiding questions, visuals, and reflection tools, participants will strengthen their ability to set learning and improvement goals that align with their organizational context. Ultimately, this class supports participants in moving beyond compliance and data reporting toward cultivating a culture and community of inclusivity focused on progress, not perfection.
