Using Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to develop intentional, and individualized instruction can feel overwhelming, but it’s the key to supporting the unique needs of each child in an inclusive environment. This session will guide participants through practical strategies for linking IEP goals to daily classroom practices. Attendees will learn how to utilize a collaborative planning cycle to guide them in making an IEP at-a-glance, planning as a team, and gathering assessment data. By the end of this session, educators will feel confident in designing and implementing instruction that truly supports the unique needs of each learner while aligning with IEP objectives.
