This three-part series will encourage leadership teams to begin developing their journey to preschool inclusion. We will dive through evidence-based practices that support an inclusive model in early childhood classrooms. We will explore resources that will help program administrators implement small changes that can have a big impact. Participants will be encouraged to assess their current model for inclusion through a SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) analysis and will have time to reflect on ways leadership can support their teachers on their journey to inclusion. Presenters will connect with individual participants to provide follow-up support to inclusion through TA/ITA opportunities.
